Agneslcy, you could try with the AOL software. When you connect with the AOL software you get an american IP.

Search it on google(For Windows XP: AOL 9.0 and For Vista: AOLVR 9.0) and download it >> then get a free aol email (aol.com) but in the address/phone info fill it with USA information (also you could get it on google, for example a hotel) and install softw >>

FOR XP: after the installation its finish click on New Members (it could appear an AOL Error advice about the AOL Player, isn't important so click Ok) then go to Expert SetUp>>Add Location>>Location name: WHATEVER-YOU-WANT>>Select device: select the one you just made>> click next>>select HOME NETWORK click NEXT>>click on "Sign on to AOL now">> Select: "You already have an AOL Screen name and Password" and put your aol email user and pass. The software may request for PC protection, select No>> Click sign on. (You will hear the AOL Welcome)

FOR VISTA: after the installation its finish click on  connect options>>click on advanced broadband settings>>appears a warning window click continue>>in the BROADBAND tab: "You are currently editing settings for" select ADD BROADBAND PROFILE>> Profile name:  WHATEVER-YOU-WANT>>add>> on connection Type select home network>>click Save. On the Sign on window, fill it with your  new aol email user and pass>>click sign on. (You will hear the AOL Welcome)

Chek your IP on www.myip.dk if you're IP is something like 172.XXX.XX.XX then you now have a US IP, and you could start downloading from MU

PS: for the restrictions that you have, I don't know if download files from MU its illegal in your country or if it's just a lock from megaupload, if it is a lock from MU then feel free for use the AOL sw.
