Newsweekly 'The Time' currently published the most influential 100 people through the on-line poll.
The overseas press has raised controversial points there is no doubt about rigging the poll.

A 29-year old young man, Moot, has taken the first ranking, but the press points put that the automatic operation or hacking of his fans has raised a problem. Moot is the man who ever engendered a controversy through hacking the e-mail of Sara 'Palin' who was America vice-president candidate .

Even though Rain got more than 12,000,000 votes, he's ranked 23 th due to his point average was under 18.

i'm glad to know the overseas papers know about this.  i also hope that Peru fans will sent their info. to them that really dissproves the poll results.

the nerve of time, talking to it's readers as if they were talking to children who don't know any better.  as if because they say it, it has to be so.   NOT.
